From suburban to urban, entry-level to luxury, mountain to beach, non-branded to five-star hotel, Roxanne Reid has over two decades of experience in all facets of the real estate development industry throughout North America, Mexico, the Caribbean, Asia, and Europe. Her strong leadership skills and intense focus have resulted in the on-time and on-budget delivery of world-class marketing for over 300 projects.
Roxanne brings her diverse experience to residential developments locally and globally, in both hot and soft markets.
Before forming Hestia, Roxanne worked with a variety of project marketing firms and developers including Milborne, Royal LePage, Sotheby’s Realty, Sapera, Playground – A Division of Intrawest, and S&P Destination Properties. During this time she gained experience working through site selection, pro forma development, envisioning sessions, product and offering development, unit mix, lead generation, customer profiling, and design and programming. She has worked with a range of developers from local family-run businesses to the more global scale representing brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Orient-Express, Oberoi, Westin, Four Seasons, JALUX, Seven Signatures, and The Lyle Anderson Company. Notably, in 2006 she served as Senior Vice President of Marketing at S&P Destination Properties, where she oversaw the marketing success of the Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk, recognized for single-day sales of $700 million, setting records worldwide.
