She has directed marketing for more than 300 projects, with budgets ranging from under $100,000 to over $8 million, generating more than $3 billion in sales worldwide.

Her career includes senior leadership with brands such as Ritz-Carlton, Orient-Express, Westin, Four Seasons, Trump International, and more. As Senior VP of Marketing at S&P Destination Properties, she oversaw the launch of Trump International Hotel & Tower Waikiki Beach Walk — achieving $700 million in single-day sales, setting records worldwide. Known for her steady leadership and strategic vision, Roxanne has guided clients through both thriving and challenging markets, consistently delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.

Stephanie is a seasoned marketing manager with 18 years of industry experience and a passion for innovation. With a deep understanding of real estate sales and marketing, she has worked with Hestia for more than seven years, focusing on digital marketing and brand development. She also develops Hestia’s training and template documentation to ensure consistency across projects. Stephanie is known for her ability to combine creative problem-solving with disciplined execution, bringing both clarity and originality to client work. Outside of her professional role, she values time with family, travel, and a well-crafted cup of coffee.

Since joining Hestia in 2021, Alicia has dedicated herself to developing social media content, email campaigns, and comprehensive media plans. She specializes in creating advertisements that remain on budget while capturing the identity of each project. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for real estate, she composes messaging that resonates with audiences and manages registrant databases that drive engagement. Alicia’s diverse skillset ensures each client’s marketing strategy is not only comprehensive but also finely tuned to boost visibility and connection.

Jaclyn brings nearly a decade of professional experience in public relations, with the past five years focused on integrating communications with residential development. She has directed market research studies and prepared housing needs analyses on Vancouver Island, helping align community needs with developer initiatives. Her expertise includes designing public engagement strategies, building communication plans, and ensuring stakeholder goals are strategically aligned with project objectives. Driven by a passion for projects that truly serve a community’s needs, Jaclyn combines her academic background in Public Relations with real-world development insight. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, time with family, and contributing as a board member for a local nonprofit.
